Before founding Paligha, Sudhir spent nearly a decade with Colgate India, where he developed a strong foundation in sales, operations, and business management — building the commercial instinct that would shape his leadership for years to come. In 2015, he joined Marvel Properties Private Limited as a Board of Director, a milestone that reflected the trust and domain expertise he had earned through five years of hands-on work in administration and real estate sales.

In 2020, Sudhir channeled over 12 years of management experience across the retail and manufacturing sectors into founding Paligha Constructions — with a clear mission to redefine quality construction in Mysore. His leadership philosophy is simple: deliver what you promise, prioritize the customer, and never compromise on quality.

A recipient of multiple exemplary corporate awards, Sudhir is recognized for his strong business acumen, strategic vision, and ability to drive sustainable growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Management, which continues to inform his thoughtful, people-first approach to building both structures and relationships.
